Most of India's labs
still run on Excel.
ErgoLIMS changes that. ISO/IEC 17025 and 21 CFR Part 11 controls — immutability, e-signatures and audit trail enforced at the database layer — from ₹9,999/month. Purpose-built for NABL, FSSAI, and BIS-regulated labs across India.

Live dashboard — samples in lab, TAT risk, pipeline by stage, workload by analyst
Built for multinational labs, priced accordingly, and localised for India as a project rather than a feature.
Affordable, and usually record-keeping. The controls an assessor tests — enforced separation of duties, uncertainty, a trail the database protects — are the expensive part to build.
Compliance depth at an Indian price. NABL and FSSAI workflows, GST invoicing and ULR numbering are the default, not a customisation.
Sample in, certificate out
Five real screens from a demonstration tenant, in the order a job passes through them.

The sample arrives and the clock starts
Registered against a customer with two due dates — what they were promised, and the internal target. Overdue shows in red before anyone has to ask.
See every screenIt refuses the work that would fail your assessment
Most systems warn you. A warning in a busy lab is a button people learn to click through, and it is still a finding when the assessor arrives.
ErgoLIMS checks on the server, at the moment of saving. If the instrument’s calibration has lapsed or the QC run failed, the result is not accepted — not by the screen, not by the API, not by an administrator with the right credentials. Below are six of the real refusals, quoted exactly as the server sends them.
INSTRUMENT_CALIBRATION_EXPIRED422“The selected instrument has an expired calibration. Results cannot be entered until calibration is renewed.”
Stops results produced on an out-of-calibration instrument from ever entering the record.
ANALYST_NOT_AUTHORIZED422“You are not in the authorized analysts list for instrument {code}. Contact your lab manager to gain authorization.”
Stops an untrained analyst signing off a method they are not competent on.
QC_RUN_BLOCKED422“Sample submission is blocked because one or more test methods have an active QC run block. Resolve the QC block before submitting.”
Stops customer results going out from a run whose quality control failed.
FAIL_OOS_ATTACHMENT_REQUIRED422“One or more FAIL/OOS results are missing supporting attachments. Attach evidence before submitting.”
Stops a failing result being recorded with nothing behind it.
CHANGE_REASON_REQUIRED422“A reason is required when correcting an existing result. Provide change_reason in the request body.”
Stops a silent correction — every change to a saved value carries a stated reason.
RESULT_LOCKED422“This result is locked. Submit an amendment request to modify it.”
Stops a released result being quietly rewritten instead of formally amended.
Twenty-three distinct refusal codes guard result submission alone. The other seventeen cover dilution factors, formula safety, deviation justifications, signing tokens and version conflicts — the same idea applied to the rest of the save.

Common questions
What is ErgoLIMS?
ErgoLIMS is an enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) built for NABL, FSSAI, BIS, and CPCB-regulated testing labs in India. It is designed to support ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, and is available as Cloud SaaS from ₹9,999/month or on-premise Docker deployment. ErgoLIMS is the flagship product of the Ergo Suite by Ergovance AI Solutions Private Limited.
Will ErgoLIMS support our NABL accreditation?
ErgoLIMS is designed to support the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements NABL assesses against — chain of custody, method validation records, measurement uncertainty, OOS investigation, internal audit and management review, personnel competency, and NABL-format COA generation with ULR numbering. Accreditation is granted to your laboratory, not to software: the system holds the records and enforces the controls, your quality system and your assessor do the rest.
How much does ErgoLIMS cost?
ErgoLIMS Cloud SaaS starts at ₹9,999/month (Starter: 5 users, 300 samples/month), with Growth at ₹19,999/month and Professional at ₹39,999/month, all + GST. On-premise perpetual licences start at ₹7,50,000 with an annual maintenance contract. Pricing is published in full on the pricing page — no quote-gating.
Does ErgoLIMS support 21 CFR Part 11?
Yes. UPDATE and DELETE on the audit trail are blocked by PostgreSQL triggers, so the application has no path to alter or remove an entry. Each row is sealed with its own SHA-256 as it is written, and an integrity check can be run across the table at any time. The one authorised exception is an archive function that requires direct database access — it copies rows to an archive table before removing them from the live one, so the record is moved, never destroyed.
Where is ErgoLIMS hosted?
ErgoLIMS SaaS is hosted on AWS Mumbai Region (ap-south-1) for Indian data residency compliance. An on-premise Docker deployment option is also available for labs requiring complete data sovereignty, such as government institutions and pharma QC labs.
